Bible Study
At Hopewell, we continue to offer a variety of Bible studies to help you grow in your walk of faith. Additional studies (such as for Advent and Lent) will be offered throughout the year, so please be sure to check current bulletins and Newsletters for the most updated information.
Disciple Bible Studies
The Disciple format is an in-depth study of Scripture, which we as Christians need to do to understand who we are and who we belong to. The following Disciple classes are currently being offered at Hopewell:
- Disciple 3 Class will begin on September 11th from 6:30 pm until 8 pm and continue every Wednesday. The class has 32 weekly lessons. The first half of the course studies The Prophets, and the second half studies the Letters of Paul. The course design is for participants to read daily assigned scripture material for six days with a group meeting on the 7th day.
- Join us on Thursdays for a seven-week study of the Gospel of Luke. We will be using Luke—Jesus and the Outsiders, Outcasts, and Outlaws by Adam Hamilton. Starting September 12 7pm in Room A-12.
If you are interested in attending any of these Bible studies, or would like more information, please contact the Church Office.
